Order Acceptance and Fulfillment Policy Order acknowledgement via the website and automated email is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. Credits/Debit cards, PayPal or similar are charged in real time during submission for payment so that upon acceptance, order fulfillment processing can begin immediately. This is necessary due to the labor intensive nature unique to orders typically encountered. After you place an order, Creative Papers Online will determine whether or not to fulfill the order, and Creative Papers Online may refuse or limit your order for any reason. | Due to the delicate nature of our handmade and unique papers, they are not returnable. We do our best to describe the papers through photos and or descriptions so that you won't have any surprises and will be enormously pleased upon receipt of your order. Due to limitations of technology, variables of photography, and the users display there can be variances in photographic representation. You agree that the descriptions and or depictions on the site were suitable to make your choice whether or not you later have the opinion the description, pictures, or naming conventions open to variances in perception and technology limitations did not fulfill your needs. Many retailers lock you into buying packs of 5 or 10, but with us you have the opportunity to order single sheets or samples. Should your project needs not be accepting of the aforementioned limitations; we strongly recommend ordering single sheets or samples for prototyping. If there is a mistake or omission from your order, we will, of course make it right. We take great care in packaging your order so that it arrives in as perfect condition as when it leaves our hands. If, however, your order arrives in some way damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may make a claim with the appropriate carrier and replace your order. If for some reason we are not available to take your call, please leave a message with your name, order number and phone number, and we will contact you as soon as possible. Your satisfaction with your purchase is our highest priority. Other items that may be returned are credited upon receipt less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be acknowledged or credited. No items are returnable 45 days after ship date. |
| International Orders |
| Customers shipping to International destinations, including Canada, should be aware that their country's government may assess duties and fees (tariffs) related to the purchase of handmade paper and craft items. These duties and fees are the customer's responsibility. Some countries do not levy a fee on small orders but this varies from country to country. If you wish to have your purchase shipped by an express carrier, such as FedEx, be aware that a charge for the customs clearance (in addition to any duty levied) will be billed to you by that carrier after receipt of the shipment. |
